FRESH NOT STALE

Everyone wants it fresh, not stale. Who would ever choose to eat stale bread rather than fresh baked? Who wants an old dried up orange over a fresh picked one?

It holds true in our walk with the Lord too. We must not get into a stale state in our faith life. We must keep it fresh with continual renewing of our minds in the Word, and through daily heartfelt prayer.

Also with our husbands, we must keep our marriages fresh and alive as well. We must be diligent to keep stale boringness from ever taking over.

We need to work at keeping these vital relationships fresh all the time, and not grow weary. I think that it is very exciting to come up with ways to keep it fresh, don't you? Love Michelle
